What began as Montana’s Diaper Store, an online retail site operating out of founder Kim Ormsby’s laundry room, quickly grew into the inspiration that would revolutionize the natural parenting industry. In 2008, Kim created a line of eco-friendly parenting products to solve the daily issues parents face while nurturing their babies, and developed The Natural Baby Company.

The Hevea Story

Already before Hevea’s founder, Terese, became a parent herself, natural products, sustainable production and stylish design were important issues for her. When she had her daughter, Augusta, she realised that it was quite difficult to find a pacifier that fulfilled Terese’s demands for what she wanted to give to her daughter. Terese wanted to find a pacifier in natural rubber with a cool and stylish design. But most of the pacifiers she found contained plastic or had a design which did not appeal to her. She was also looking for pacifiers that were sustainably produced and wrapped in environmentally friendly packaging. Terese soon realised that it was impossible to find what she was looking for, so she decided to take matters into her own hands and started to develop the designs for the first Hevea™ pacifier. Now Terese is convinced that the Hevea™ brand has what it takes to make many parents and children happy – both now and in the future.
